Artist’s Bio:
Sophie Mohin Reisz is a still-life oil painter whose work celebrates quiet beauty and emotional depth through light, form, and symbolism. Drawing inspiration from classical Dutch masters, she explores themes of simplicity, impermanence, and abundance. Her compositions often feature fruit, flowers, and porcelain, balancing realism with introspection.
Sophie’s work has been exhibited in regional juried shows including the Armonk Outdoor Art Show, Yellow Studio, and Carriage Barn Arts Center, and will appear at Art Show Bedford 2026. She paints from her studio in Westchester County, New York.
